In the rare event of an emergency or severe inclement weather, it may be necessary to close the school partway through the day. In this instance, pupils will be permitted to leave the grounds immediately provided we have received prior permission for them to do so. Pupils without permission will remain onsite and parents will be contacted and asked to collect their child/ren as a priority.
All parents will be informed email in the event of a school closure during the day. Those pupils who have permission to leave will also be encouraged to text parents directly before directly before exiting the premises. Notification of any subsequent closure will be available via our website and on local radio. We also contact you via email.
